BS! Here's a list of vegetarian/vegan high competition athletes...
jeeze so combative with all the 'BS'...i said most..so don't get your malnourished pants in a twist over the exceptions to the rule. also, thats a pretty short list and it doesnt say how LONG they've been vegans/vegetarians so..whats your fuckin point?

BS #2 if you digest in ur sleep then the shame's on you... i atleast make sure that if i make a complete meal before sleep its always 3 hours before.. aka time it takes for digestion to be complete.
again whats your point? are you saying 'fasting isnt dangerous because everyone fasts when they sleep'? well you 'fast' in small increments between meals too smart guy. i guess its not dangerous to stop breathing in because you just breathe out again.

yes, it is a dumb conclusion. your body is still digesting your dinner while you 'fast' in your sleep. after a period of time with no food..it'll start digesting your muscles. which brings me to my next point about most vegans being 'skinny-fat' and having no muscular definition whatsoever...poor deluded tofu munchers giving advice to other people
It's strange to comprehend, I know, but some vegans participate in this thing called 'exercise'. Used to burn fat and build muscle. Just a heads up. I've never met a skinny-fat vegan, most I know are interested in being healthy and thus not letting their body rot.
*Most* for the win, hurp durp.

Re: Has anyone here ever tried fasting?
not having a balanced diet is going to take its toll. humans are omnivores..sure you can live without meat but you won't be as healthy. and that 'ftw hurp durp' business is so clever...really makes you sound mature
