Does a healthy diet/lifestyle effect the strength or growth speed of your hair?

I know it sounds like a stupid question but just thought I'd put it out there........

I think eating loads of vitamin D helps with hair? I'm not sure though

if there was a well known diet for healthy hair I think every man on the planet would be on it emoticon

Hmmmm yeah, vitamin D is good for your bones and stuff which makes sense.

so we should eat lots of fish, egg, milk, (beef liver!?!) and cheese.. while we sit out in the sun emoticon

maybe we could invent a diet to test this theory.................

this is totally irrelevant, but i just wanted to ask you about your hair....

how short was it when you first stopped combing? .. and how long has it been?

your locks are amazing.. thick roots like yours are what I wanna grow eventually :)
