Abortion Industry Exposed Tonight on The O'Reilly Factor
The Abortion Industry Exposed Tonight on The O'Reilly Factor (7:00 pm and 10:00 pm central on the Fox News Channel)
Be sure and watch Mark Crutcher, President of Life Dynamics, on The O'Reilly Factor tonight on Fox News. Mark will be talking with Bill O'Reilly about the abortion industry's cover-up of suspected child abuse.
Recently it was revealed that the Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline has subpoenaed medical records in an investigation of abortion clinics regarding child rape and illegal late term abortions. Child rape is a serious crime, and when a girl under 14 is pregnant, under Kansas law, she has been raped. Attorney General Phill Kline, the state's chief law enforcement official, has a duty to investigate in order to protect children and, as was previously proven by Life Dynamics, abortion clinics routinely cover up child rape.
As part of a two year investigation, in 2002, Life Dynamics legally recorded over 800 calls to Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities where the caller portrayed a 13-year-old girl who was pregnant by an adult and wanted an abortion in order to hide the illegal sexual relationship from her parents and the authorities. On the tapes, many of the clinic workers are heard telling the caller that this situation was unlawful and that they were legally mandated to report it to the state. However, even after acknowledging this, 91 percent of the 800 facilities contacted agreed to illegally conceal it.
Now, Kansas abortion clinics are not only refusing to cooperate with Attorney General Phil Kline's investigation, but abortion clinic representatives have even been brash enough to state in published reports that they will not comply with the state's mandatory reporting laws regarding the sexual abuse of children.

New Kansas Abortion Rules
A female's right to choose in KS may shortly be blown away like dust in the wind. The Associated Press states that the State Rules and Regulations Board all approved abortion limitations that will bring Kansas that much nearer to becoming the first state in the nation without even one abortion provider. In Topeka, Kansas, two doctors who perform abortions in Kansas filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday to block a new licensing law and regulations that abortion rights advocates fear will make Kansas the first state in the country without an abortion provider. Some say that, if you look at the process, it's hard to come to any conclusion other than it's stacked against the providers. The process here is so extreme it's absurd. The law requires abortion providers to obtain annual licenses, and the health department regulations tell providers what drugs and equipment they must have available. The rules also set other standards. By this Friday, the KS Department of Health and Environment can start enforcement. Here is the proof: New Kansas abortion rules will usurp the right to choose
